A message from the Middleburgh School-based health center

Dear Middleburgh Central School students and families,

We want you to know we are still here for you and your families in this stressful and challenging time.

school nurse artwork with an appleWe think about your students and your families daily and we miss them already.

Although we will not be able to complete visits from the school- based health center in Middleburgh, our pediatric clinics in Oneonta and Cooperstown, and Cobleskill clinic and the school-based health center in Unadilla Valley will be open to do physicals and non-respiratory illnesses.

We can still speak with you about your concerns and refer you to a provider as needed for your child/teen’s care (this includes medical, dental and mental health care).

You can call the SBHC line at 1-844-255-7242 and ask the person to send us a message. We will get back to you as soon as we are able. You can also request refills of medications.

If you have concerns about the COVID-19 virus, you can call 607-547-5555 and you can speak with a Bassett registered nurse.

There are many resources through the school if you need any help.

Please remind your children to wash their hands frequently and try not to touch their face.

We’re happy and honored to be a part of this wonderful community.  We will make it through these tough times together.

With our best wishes for your continued good health,

The Middleburgh School-based health center staff
