Be a Lifesaver: Red Cross Blood Drive at MCS on March 4

Poster with a knight mascot at the top, the words ‘Blood Drive March 4, 2026,’ and an illustration of two hands holding a large red heart with an EKG line. Red medical cross symbols and two small red hearts appear around the design.
Give the gift of life! The American Red Cross is experiencing a critical need for blood donations, and the Middleburgh Central School District is ready to help by hosting a blood drive 12-6 p.m. March 4 in the high school library.
Nationwide, someone needs a unit of blood every 2 to 3 seconds and most of us will need blood in our lifetime. This is an opportunity for students, staff and the community to come together for the community’s benefit.

Students who are 16 and older can donate, but those under the age of 17 will need a parent/guardian consent form. Students may sign up in School Nurse Jennifer Adams’ office or online. All other community members should sign up at RedCrossBlood.org.

Appointments for students and staff to donate will be available from 12-3 p.m. Appointments for community members will be available from 3-6 p.m.

All donors will receive a $15 e-gift card
