The Middleburgh Central School District Board of Education is now accepting comments for the Districtwide Safety Plan, which was most recently approved by the BOE on Aug. 20,2025.
The plan has been updated to include a new appendix on Sudden Cardiac Arrest, also known as Desha’s Law, which was signed into law in July. This addition to the Districtwide Safety Plan fulfills a new requirement from New York State.

Comments may be submitted to the District Clerk Kim Lawyer no later than Oct. 7 at 3 p.m. The district will have a public hearing will be held before the Board of Education meeting on Oct. 8.
