Six Middleburgh FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) students took home awards at the 2020 Conference event, with two automatically qualifying for the state competition.
Sofia Falco placed in the top three for Impromptu Speaking and Morgan Schafroth placed in the top three for Client Services, qualifying both of them for the state competition later this year.
Lily Davis also came in first place in the written Entrepreneurship test, while Alexis Skowfoe placed fourth for Intro to Decision Making, Quin Smith finished fourth in Intro to Public Speaking, and Lily Rossmann finished fourth in the Job Interview competition. Those fourth place finishes make Alexis, Quin, and Lily alternates for the state competition if one of the top three finishers cannot attend.
