Don’t miss the opportunity to meet MCS teachers from the comfort of your home. Tomorrow, October 15, our virtual open house for the Jr/Sr High School will start at 6PM with your child’s first period, and continue until 8PM. Each class will be 15 minutes long.
This is an opportunity for you to see their learning environment and understand the goals and expectations by following your child’s schedule from first to eighth period. Please be aware, for study hall, there will not be a staff member present.
You can find your child’s schedule on School Tool. Once you have that, you can use this document to access teachers’ individual classrooms for their Zoom presentations. As you follow along with your child’s schedule every 15 minutes, you can click the appropriate teacher’s link that corresponds. We ask the following:
1. When it prompts you to put in a name, please put in your child’s name so the teacher will know who to invite into the class session.
2. Please mute your computer upon entering.
3. These are informational sessions, not personal conferences. If you have concerns about your child, please schedule a separate meeting with the teacher.
This is a new format and while we hope it all goes smoothly, there will likely be some technical issues. Please be patient. If you have trouble logging in, contact the school for support.
