Analysis
- Incidents occurred across all reported grade levels, with the highest number in Grade 8. Most students (80%) were involved in only one incident.
- A small number of students (20%) had two incidents. Male and female enrollment in the District is nearly equal. Male students accounted for approximately two-thirds of the reported incidents during this reporting period.
- Based on a single year of data, the District cannot conclude that this represents a persistent demographic disparity. We will continue to monitor annual data for trends over time.

Our Commitment to Responsible Technology Use
Communicate expectations for appropriate use of internet-enabled devices to students and families at the beginning of each school year.
Reinforce expectations throughout the year in classrooms and through administrative reminders.
Provide additional reteaching and intervention for students following an initial incident.
Review incident data annually by grade level, gender, and repeat offenses to identify trends.
Share this annual report with the Board of Education and the community in accordance with New York State requirements.
