Middleburgh Jr./Sr. High School senior Isabel Skowfoe has been named the 2019 C.A.S.T. Student of the Year by Proctors.
The Cultivating Arts & Students Together (C.A.S.T.) programs at Proctors, theREP, and UPH pairs youth (grade 9 and up) with volunteers. C.A.S.T. members participate in a training session and volunteer during several performances during the Proctors/theREP/UPH season. The CAST program gives high school students, grades 9-12, the opportunity to fulfill community service credits while being close to the best shows the Capital Region has to offer at the region’s premiere regional professional theatres: Proctors, theREP and UPH.
