“Michelle is a wonderful addition to our Kindergarten team, working as a co-teacher in those classrooms and supporting the students and teachers in a variety of ways. We are so happy to have her join us,” said Principal Amy Irwin.
Michelle Norrman’s motto is “If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.” She is a mother of an MCS elementary school student and she says she wanted to work for the school district because “Middleburgh is such a wonderful, close knit community.”
Ms. Norrman has worked as a kindergarten teacher in Queens and as a special education preschool teacher on Long Island before moving to the area.
