Like many events during this pandemic, the annual Middleburgh Jr/Sr. High School open house is going virtual.
Thursday, October 15 from 6PM to 8PM, parents are invited to follow their child’s schedule, meet the teachers, and get a better sense of the new teaching model. This will all be done through Zoom meetings.
How it will work is — parents should have a copy of their child’s schedule beforehand. As the date gets closer, we will email the Zoom login information for each class. Parents will follow along with their schedule to meet the teachers in 15 minute increments. For example, you will log in to the first class at 6:00, the second at 6:15, the third at 6:30…and you will follow the schedule until the student’s eighth period which will be at 7:45.
Teachers will be discussing course expectations, learning standards, process and our current learning environment.
We want to remind you that this is a general overview of the classes. For individual questions, please email the teachers directly. And don’t forget to mute your devices during the presentations. If you need your child’s schedule, please contact the guidance office.
