RIGHT NOW: COVID-19 Vaccines Available Through School-Based Health Center

With more activities opening up due to the rising number of New Yorkers who are fully vaccinated, many younger people are looking to get their vaccinations as well. For any student enrolled in our school-based health program, you can schedule an appointment to get vaccinated immediately. Students who are not yet enrolled in the program can do so at any time.

  • Bassett School-Based Health is administering the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine to student ages 12 or older.
  • The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is the only vaccine approved for this age group and is a two-dose series.
  • This parent or guardian consent form must be filled out for minors.
  • An appointment is required, so please call the Middleburgh School-Based Health Center to schedule one at (518) 827-3793.
  • More information about the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine and what to expect can be found here.
