Governor Cuomo is adding another incentive for students ages 12-17 to get the vaccine — free tuition, room and board, books and supplies to any New York State public college or university for four years. Parents or guardians of any 12 to 17 year old New Yorker can enter if their child has received at least their first COVID-19 vaccine dose. There will be 50 winners.
