Middleburgh FFA students are getting their ducks in a row for a summer experience at Camp Oswegatchie. They are selling rubber ducks for the 2021 AdironDUCK Race. For every duck purchased, Middleburgh FFA receives half the profit. The funds raised will help send students to Camp Oswegatchie. “This is an excellent opportunity to support our students,” said FFA advisor Carmen Fagnani. “Camp Oswegatchie is a FFA leadership camp that offers a plethora of experiences, including a kayaking, horseback riding, mountain biking, and a ropes course.”
Ducks can be purchased until Saturday April 24 using this link. The following day, at 11:00AM, the ducks, which will all be numbered, will be released into a river at Camp Oswegatchie. A live video feed will be available to watch them float toward the finish line. If the duck that is marked with your number gets there first, you win $2,500 with the option to donate that money to the Middleburgh FFA chapter.
