Virtually Speaking, Monthly Conversations with Our Superintendent

Dear MCS families,

I would like to take a moment to say hello and thank you for being so supportive of our students and teachers during this unprecedented time. As you can sense, there is much more hope in the air as spring is on the horizon and the vaccine rollout continues each day. We are very optimistic that better days are ahead for our students.

In order for our team to continue to create the best possible educational experience for your son/daughter we rely on your feedback, suggestions and ideas. With that goal in mind, I would like to invite all parents and guardians of Middleburgh students to a new series of Zoom discussions we are calling Virtually Speaking. This platform will give us the opportunity to provide important updates to parents and guardians with regards to everything MCS has to offer. It will also give me the opportunity to listen and learn from your experiences.

The conversations will take place monthly throughout the school year in the afternoon and evening so we can do our best to reach people at convenient times.

This month, our topic will be the state of our schools.

It would be my pleasure to meet with parents and guardians of 7th-12th graders on Tuesday, March 16, from 1:00-2:00 PM and again at 7:00-8:00 PM.

The following Tuesday, March 23 will be set aside for questions and information pertaining to PK-6th graders from 1:00-2:00 PM and again at 7:00-8:00 PM.

I will email you the Zoom invitations the day before our session and look forward to connecting with you.

Sincerely,

Brian Dunn
Superintendent of Schools
