The second phase of the capital project is underway and on track to be completed by the end of the summer. This is part of the $15 million dollar renovation plan that voters approved in 2018.
The district is updating the security systems at both schools and putting in new windows in the high school auditorium. Most of the construction is taking place at the elementary school.
When school is back in session, staff and students in Pre-K through sixth grade will have new bathrooms. Crews are also busy putting in all new windows and casework throughout the building and upgrading HVAC systems.
