Dear Soon-to-be Senior-Class of 2022,
Let the planning begin… We are excited to be the official photographer for the Middleburgh High School Yearbook.
Upstate Images photographers will be at the high school during the school day on: June 7, 8, 9, 2021.
For consistency of the background & dress requirements, a portrait sitting should be scheduled with Upstate Images to be included in your senior yearbook. This process begins during your junior year. Deadlines must be met to be included in the yearbook; please have your portrait taken as soon as possible. Dates and times are limited, so sign up for your slot today.
Consider this timeline to stay on track:
2-3 weeks before picture date – Visit https://www.upstate-images.com/middleburgh-juniorsenior-high-school to select the sitting session that best fits your needs & Schedule/Confirm your appointment or call our office at 855-773-3321. It is recommended to book an appointment during a class that the teacher will allow you to miss or a free period. Appointments at school range from 15 – 50 minutes, determined by sitting level (listed below).
Sittings include (Sitting fees are prepaid online when the session is booked or due at the session):
- Platinum – $35 sitting fee – Sitting includes up to 30 images – the traditional yearbook attire + Cap & Gown + 3 casual outfits of your choice and multiple background choices. Environmental/Outdoor Photography included.
- Gold – $25 sitting fee – Sitting includes up to 20 images – the traditional yearbook attire + Cap & Gown + 2 casual outfits of your choice and multiple background choices. Environmental/Outdoor Photography included.
- Silver – $15 sitting fee – Sitting includes up to 15 images – the traditional yearbook attire + Cap & Gown + 1 casual outfit of your choice and multiple background choices. Environmental/Outdoor Photography included.
- Yearbook only – This sitting is no charge and includes 4 images – 4 in the traditional yearbook attire + 4 outdoor environmental images. (Must call the studio for an appointment.)
You will NOT be called out of class to get your picture taken, please go to the studio area 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. PLEASE DO NOT MISS YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, times and dates are limited.
Be sure to bring:
● Plain white t-shirt for under the dress shirt (if borrowing one from the studio).
● Tank top that the straps can be moved to your shoulders under the drape.
● Makeup for touch-ups, jewelry, favorite outfit.
● Sitting fee (if not prepaid online).
● Be prepared from head-to-toe for pictures and bring your props (sports uniform, favorite instrument, etc.).
AFTER your session – Your proofs will be sent directly to your preferred email or text as well as mailed to your home.
● Upon receipt of your proofs, you will be directed to go online to select the images you wish to appear in the yearbook.
● Packages, Graduation Announcements, etc. may be ordered online after your proofs are received.
Your yearbook selected image must meet these requirements:
Pose 1-Traditional “Moonlight Blue” background, Head & Shoulders crop, Vertical image, Tuxedo or Drape. (The studio will provide the tuxedo, drape and cap & gown.) If your selected yearbook image does not meet these requirements the yearbook adviser reserves the right to select another image.
