MES Festival of the Arts May 21

Parents, guardians and family members are invited to an art exhibit and concert during the Middleburgh Elementary School Festival of Arts on May 21! This is an opportunity to highlight the creative work and musical performance of our students. Please note: All activities will take place in the Jr./Sr. High School Gymnasium.

Schedule:

Noon to 7 p.m.– K-6 artwork exhibit
5 to 7 p.m.– Festival activities    
7 p.m.– Grade 4-6 band and choir concert

Festival activities include a scavenger hunt with prizes, balloon animals, face painting, art activities and crafts, and Bowey the Clown. There will also be complementary Stewart’s refreshments including donuts, drinks and make-your-own sundaes. 

Parent, guardian and student volunteers are needed.  A sign-up form has been sent through Parent Square. The help of volunteers is greatly appreciated. 

May 21 is also the day residents may vote on the proposed budget for the 2024-25 school year. Polls will be open in the Jr./Sr. High School Gym Lobby from noon to 9 p.m.
